Sorry, confusing wording. I am fine with Chase and Dimon being found complicit and receiving the appropriate consequences.

I would assume plenty of people in the Chase department handling SARs received the same training you have for decades.

Rather, I am saying that I do not think this will be some honey hole of new information. Layers of LLCs, offshore accounts, etc… the things that should have flagged for SARs originally but did not, will be the same issues in "following the money".

To put an even finer point, anyone exposed for breaking the law should be prosecuted for those crimes.

Jamie Dimon has to take SARS training. Every bank employee does. There was no complicated labyrinth of accounts to conceal the fraud. Every transaction went through one demand account. It wasn't negligence about fraud, it was participation in the fraud.
