I was speaking more in terms of what may happen in the country itself if things go hot, and what would happen if Iran did something really stupid like launch a missle into Europe - more along the lines of the foxes are in the henhouse now so what would the fallout be? As in, a whole lot of muslims who hate the west living in the west type of scenario.

Not much different than the 20mm illegals we have here doing what they are currently doing in LA and probably about to be more cities.

Iran has already proven they are willing to attack our ships and servicemen using conventional weapons.

You want an enemy that targets us regularly to develop a nuclear weapon that they have sworn to use if they can?

They aren't exactly supportive of Iran, either.

If there were to be a strike by Israel this would be the time as a lot of Iranian proxies are very weak. Hez is decimated. Hamas is decimated. Al-Assad is gone. Their encirclement by proxy strategy is falling apart. The Houthis are occasionally lobbing a missile but probably not in the mass required to cause Israel a big concern. The big concern from Israel in any sort of attack against Iran was always going to be coordinated retaliation from the proxies.

The biggest issue now is Iran does have some very good ballistic missile technology and a lot of them, and they've learned from the years of United States reliance on airstrikes to bury their key facilities underground. North Korea and Iran have been working together to develop deep digging operations in both countries for this very purpose.
