I was trying to figure out where that was because the video says Westlake but it doesn't look like it.
And it's certainly not the Hollywood Home Depot that I used to frequent and the parking lot is packed with illegals.

Looks like the address is:
1675 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90017

EDIT: OK, I see there is a neighborhood called "Westlake" before you get to Koreatown. Never knew that because I never go down to that part of town.

Y'all say cheap labor- crap- they won't jump in the truck for less than 15 an hour. Buddy has small remodel service, he pays his lead 30 and his help 20 so they will stick with him as they are good.
We have shortages of people who will work! Everyone is going to college now! Heck, if ours can't get in a university, they go to JC where there are no requirements for entrance. And they go on your and my nickel!

No Spin, I know you are on the left and I have a question:

how do you libs reconcile the fact that you are literally ok exploiting and abusing illegals to provide you cheap labor so you can save a buck on your house, but you also rage about people not making a living wage because the minimum wage is too low, are pro union which artificially increases the cost of labor, and all kinds of other Marxist nonsense.

Lowe's used to chase day laborers away because they were heavier DIY and customers didn't like being confronted - but current management wanted more 'pro' business- so day laborers became tolerated.

Who knows, but if prices rise too much, buyers will not be buying. Then prices will go back down.

The contractors have benefitted from lower wages via cheap labor for a long time.

Living in a low Mexican area, $30 an hour would be incredible. Id love to pay even twice that much. Without any competition, cost of work is out of control and quality is abysmal.

But seriously, sign me up for anything under $60 for anything these days.

My In N Out Burger in Studio City was advertising for $22/hr during the scamdemic. It's probably higher now.
