If you are to argue that trans women are the same as real women, why would you make an exception to move biological women forward in a competition because they were knocked out by a trans girl? That seems to acknowledge that there is a difference there.

That's because I have daughters.

Actual daughters - females from birth, XX chromosomes, able to have kids. You know - actual females. And I want them involved in athletics. Against other females, not mentally ill boys that couldn't hack it against other boys and instead of grinding and working harder to get better they decided to take the lazy way out and compete against girls to make themselves feel better.

Biological men do not belong in women's sports. These biological males are taking away roster spots from biological females and finishing ahead of them in competitions because of their unfair genetic advantages, such as such as muscle mass and endurance, Also, biological females should not have to share locker rooms and showers with biological males. Transgender athletes should compete in a nonbinary category.

Democrats claim to advocate for the fairness and equality of women, but they fight for transgenders to compete in women's sports based on gender identity, emphasizing inclusivity, and equal opportunities. These Democrats are the true science deniers of biological reality, genetics, XX/XY chromosome science and they apparently have no qualms about transgender "women" (aka biological males) hijacking girls' and women's athletics and beating them at their own games. They claim to be for women's rights by advocating for on-demand abortion, but they disregard the fairness and safety of women's sports.

I am from California, and I noticed how the liberal lunatics have continued to ruin the state. I am from Fremont, California, but I moved to Texas in August 2013. After graduating from Texas A&M in May 2017, I have continued to stay in Texas. My parents still live in Fremont, and I visit them twice a year. I have not looked back, and my parents actually encouraged me to move to Texas because of the high cost of living for a decreasing quality of life in California. I have always voted Republican and continue to do so.

I would vote against this sham law faster than my 14-flat 100m. They acknowledge there's a difference, then refuse to do the right thing. No thanks. Girls don't need a wild card for accommodating a mediocre boy. They just need a level playing field. Period.

This. The left have always been masters of the long game. They make these incremental moves and when it finally gets the attention of conventional society, they ridicule the criticism as "trivial" or come up with an insult to shame people into shutting up about it.

Every once in a while, the backlash is too much and they pay a price for it but when they get back to the task at hand, they are starting further to the left than they did last time. In other words, even when they have to take one step back, they had already made two steps forward.

But no issue exemplifies the absolute ignorance and extremism of the Democrat Party and the American left than their infatuation with low-testosterone males using their limited advantages to win competitions they would never be able to win against their own gender. For many reasons, this particular bit of stupidity needs highlighting as standard Democrat Party/American leftist thinking on a wide variety of issues.

Regardless where this ranks with any of us individually, the fact this exists at all demands an extremely forceful legal rejection of it before it becomes pervasive throughout our society. It needs to be killed before it kills the entire concept of female athletics at all levels of competition amateur and professional.

If you don't believe this is important, then you have never had a daughter in competitive sport.

If Democrats no longer wish it to be an issue in elections, then perhaps they should consider returning to sanity and drop the psycho-babble gender quackery.

It sounds like they've essentially relegated the males to an exhibition class in parallel with the girls. So, if a dude wins then the next best girl gets to win too to ensure the girls don't get displaced.

It's a passive aggressive, cowardly way to solve this.

What a poised and courageous young lady for speaking out. As a proud grandpa of two young girls. I can't see where this issue will be in 5-10 years. If this continues, I see some verbal altercations in my future defending my girls.
