I think that the lab found her DNA inside the knot itself. Her DNA wouldn't have been in that location on the rope unless she had tied or untied the knot

In addition to jail time, she should have to pay back every penny for the total cost of the investigation and any litigation.

Especially since all she had to say was "of course, my DNA is on the rope - do you think I'm going to leave it sitting on my desk?" It just shows that she is literally that stupid.

This is why you always wear gloves when committing a crime kids!

This sort of thing is why I never take racism claims at face value anymore. The observed evidence makes it impossible to ignore, and offer anyone automatic credibility.

Just because someone, even in an Aggie uniform, gets on an interview and claims he received death threats and racial slurs from angry fans,… I'm sorry but that accusation carries zero weight unless you want to offer up some direct evidence along with the claim.


As the father of 2 minority sons (out of four) who also happen to be truly privileged, I see first hand what they do and don't encounter. There has been incredibly little discrimination, and almost all they have seen has come from black or hispanic people who believe they aren't black or hispanic enough.
