Have you seen the typical audience for a drag show? It damn sure isn't dominated by men.

The "drag race" shows on T.V. are also majority women viewership, and the "drag conventions" have majority women attendees. This makes the false equivalency to blackface shows even more absurd, unless one honestly believes that the biggest fans of blackface are black people.

Saw this coming as soon as the ban was announced.

Just so I'm clear....

Campus allows Richard Spencer to speak and we have no issue.

Were you alive back then?

It was a huge freaking issue. A&M President spent tens of thousands of dollars to virtue signal against Spencer

if you want the freedom to hear what Richard Spencer has to say while speaking on campus, then you might just want to let these other weirdos do their weird **** on campus. You don't have to attend either one if you don't want to.

But the BOR say he couldn't give the speech, like they did with Draggieland?

Issue is more like opening "pandora's box". Just like I wouldn't want some KKK guy/skinhead speaker coming on campus to speak. My opinion, but others don't like it. I'm cool with that.

Yep. If these losers want to insult me on campus, then why not the KKK?

I look at it like the Bell Curve. Fringe on either side and this is exactly what this is, fringe. Unless they are going to talk about leadership qualities, building a network after graduation, interviewing, resume writing etc. this will serve as a more of a "in your face accept it" type of thing. Again, I wouldn't want some loose cannon speaker in campus because there is always an underlying narrative.

They are officially a terrorist organization identified by the US government?

"Domestic terrorism: Violent, criminal acts committed by individuals and/or groups to further ideological goals stemming from domestic influences, such as those of a political, religious, social, racial, or environmental nature" - FBI.gov

I believe the KKK falls under this

But a neo-nazi that is not a member of the KKK?

While i don't understand the rules, or the law that governs the Board of Regents, singling out Drag Shows seemed like lazy virtue signaling.

BLM would not fall under that, they are fighting against racial prejudice through mostly nonviolent protests that have a few people who cause mass chaos to turn the protest into a riot.

However, the KKK was an "American Protestant-led Christian extremist, white supremacist, far-right hate group. It was founded in 1865 during Reconstruction in the devastated South. Various historians have characterized the Klan as America's first terrorist group."

"Mostly"? What are you an actual clown? Seriously? So let's get this straight, they aren't one because you don't think so? Correct? BLM caused a lot of crap in 2020, leading protests with violence. Perhaps you were still under your "rock". I don't need a history lesson from. Been educated.

Please tell us….flasher. I'm sure this has to say something about terrorist organizations outlined by the US government.

Well, the short version is that a town in Illinois with a high percentage of Holocaust survivors wasn't allowed to bar the neo-nazis from having a rally in town.

Eddie: my favorite part of that case is that when the ACLU took on the case on the side of the neo-nazis, they had 2 Jewish lawyers handle the case

A lot of the "crap" in 2020 was caused by "State and conservative civilian violence against BLM protestors represents an ongoing threat to the right to organize and publicly dissent. The use of force manifested by police and right-wing groups against BLM protestors resulted in significant injury and mortality." That caused people to panic and created mass chaos.

Stay with me here.

"right-wing protestors often use car ramming to bluntly injure protestors." Does this seem ok to you, what would you do in this kind of situation. When our streets become wars with police throwing tear gas and people ramming cars into protesters along with "Data from various sources suggests that police disproportionately target BLM protests for violent intervention." We see they panicked.

Also, the BLM protesters did not go around lynching white people to stop them from voting or going to school.

I think you need to catch up on your history.

Yes you also need an English class because you seem like you're having a stroke. "I don't need a history lesson from. Been educated."

Just stop. I asked you a very simple question and you couldn't back it up with facts. The BLM protests were funded by liberals. If you are that dense, you aren't worth debating. When you throw out the blanket statement you did and can't back it up with factual data, your argument is an opinion with nothing but feelings. You showed yourself as an individual who can't back anything up with facts, only feelings and opinions. Bravo….bravo.

He sites no sources, only opinion hit jobs from liberal sources. Very neutral. I can't believe he even typed that. Good grief…he put crap in quotes as if it was a legitimate source. He hasn't been back around to defend his "opinion" of the facts.

Bulls**t.

Nobody forced them to loot, riot, and burn.

You sound like the KKK, who rationalized violence because they thought people were being 'uppity'.

No, they just sometimes defend causes that you don't like. That's what happens when you support the First Amendment.
Smart ass response not withstanding, no, they've switched their politics. This is a far cry from defending groups against "free speech zones". And drag shows aren't speech, regardless of what some court says.

Again, I don't need a history lesson about the KKK. I asked you if they were on the terrorist watch list. Simple question. Apparently you have an extremely hard time dealing with facts. The first "source" you mentioned is extremely laughable, but good try. BLM lead violent riots during the summer of 2020. Stay with me here….Please don't let facts stand your way.
