For reference, that's a lower risk of a severe adverse event than virtually every medication you've ever taken including some OTCs. And exponentially lower than every antibiotic you've ever taken.

I think their point is that if any medication has adverse side affects or possible rare side affects, it is inherently negative and unsafe on the whole.
