I don't think he is doing very well. Too much equivocation on females. If you meet the physical standard, the male standard, knock yourself out. If you don't, serve in another capacity. It's just that simple. Fortunately for me I never served in a unit with females. For those of you that have and do, I can't imagine the complexities.
