Newsflash, genius: The Bill of Rights are limitations on what the GOVERNMENT can do, NOT on what the people can do. The Bill of Rights doesn't GIVE us rights,
we already have those rights. The Bill of Rights ensures the government does not overstep their boundaries and violate our rights.

A random person going after Fuentes is NOT the government, it is just a random person. You have the right to free speech, the government cannot prevent you from exercising that right. However, that does not free you consequences of your speech. Someone coming to his house personally is a consequence, not government suppression.
