I can believe that. I saw all the new construction and small subdivisions around Victor, Driggs, and Tetonia. Drove thru some looking for a Houston area friend's vacation house. That was the Only part of Idaho I saw with a Yuppie/ California air about it. I imagine the vacation and retirement homes there greatly outnumber the native locals. I'm sure the easy commute to Jackson and the views make that area a favorite.
