Exactly. In reality it's all a rounding error in terms of the money involved but with Texas buying it from the government they can simply be reimbursed minus some expenses on one side or the other. The main benefit is it is material that's ready to go and can be used ASAP.kag00 said:

That means that the federal gvt now has all that money and can buy it all back from the state for the same cost as soon as Trump takes over. Will still have to pay for transportation and broker fees but it can mitigate the cost to the state or Trump.
