2. Redesign the wall to actually be effective. Current design is far too easy for illegals to cut holes in, but was necessary due to Congress being useless on funding.

The border with Mexico is a little less than 2k miles.

Trump must have left a bunch of unused border wall material after 4 years in office for the next administration because there just wasn't enough time to use it all.

That's one helluva flawed defense of the Biden administration's indefensible actions, especially when the sole justification you offer is the construction delays & lack of substantial progress that occurred while Trump was in office; after all, it's seriously disingenuous to imply that construction of Trump's border wall didn't face a multitude of federal & state challenges that directly contributed to the slowed construction progress, as well as completely ignoring the impact of COVID on the project (such as worksite shutdowns & limited manpower on account of vaccine mandates for federal workers/ contractors, just to name a few)!!!

Instead, what justification can you provide that legitimizes the present sale of the material for pennies on the dollar when there wasn't any imposed deadline 'to finish the wall or else', AND, why don't you see the financial harm being done to the US taxpayers who will undoubtedly be forced to pay the replacement costs of previously purchased materials if Trump restarts construction?!?!
