That doesn't apply. The law gave 270 days from passage to divest. It also gave a one time extension of 90 days, for a total of 360 days, to divest, assuming they were in the process of doing so. We are in the post ban period now. Trump would be undoing the ban, which is not part of the law.

If we are in the "trump deciding to have DOJ not pursue/enforce the law" area (which it appears), then maybe that answer also gives us a path to find people with standing to sue to enforce the immigration laws (or any other law AGs decide to not enforce).

When the Chinese government is doing everything it can to undermine our country, there's no reason to ban as much as possible from that country, or at least all that doesn't actually provide any actual use to our country, like asinine apps of Tik Tok and the like.
