Again, these ballots are not "illegal" per se, they are invalid from being counted per state law. Could be a real voter that just screwed up and invalidated their own ballot. It happens.Quote:

You really are not understanding what was happening here, at all. Bucks County election officials defied the state supreme court to try to count invalid ballots. The next county over followed the law and the orders of the state court to segregate and not count the same type of invalid ballots.Quote:
