Trump needs to throw the full weight of the DOJ against Ellis once he is elected. Charge her with every crime he can possibly think of, even if some of them are a stretch. Once discovery is pulled together, Trump needs to charge every one of the people that work for her that he possibly can, as well. They will all say that they were just following orders, but that isn't enough of a defense for me. Even if all of them are found not-guilty, they should all get bankrupted for blatantly disobeying a court order.

This country needs to make a stand for the rule of law. It's not a pandemic anymore, and you can't bend the rules, ignore the laws, and ignore the courts with no recourse. And that doesn't just apply to the people in charge.

Their goal was to count the disputed ballots, mix them in with the legit ballots and then claim the disputed got lost so that the new count has to stand.

Elias should be disbarred and Casey and the woman in Bucks county and any other county commissioner violating the PA Supreme Court order jailed. If I'm understanding correctly, the PA State Supreme Court order that these invalid ballots not be counted was in place and this latest statement just reiterated the ruling already in place.

I think even the recount should be cancelled. My understanding is that this was a two step process -- count enough invalid ballots and add them to Casey's total to get to the threshold of a recount, then find enough ballots to count to win the recount for Casey. Looks like they found enough to cut McCormack's lead below the threshold to force the recount so part 1 of their plan succeeeded.
