If any department deserves to have heads roll over DEI, it is DoD. You have ONE job: to make sure our military is ready to kill anything and everything that comes our way. Any failure to do that is borderline treasonous.

I'm choosing to hope that the Trump campaign was anticipating this and has already undertaken contingency measures to ensure that the relevant info has already been secured for future reference. (Need to do the same in DOJ/State as well)

How exactly would one be confident they're not? Can the predict how they are perceived politically 100%? My guess is that anyone who wants to stay employed there likely has some anxiety. Certainly those who are overtly political at their job should be more anxious.

So I'm assuming they'll only fire those that are know to be more liberal leaning and vocal about it than those are are conservative but vocal about it.

I thought the whole purpose was to root out people who express political bias in there jobs, from either end. Otherwise its going to be a huge turnstile of new employees every time a new party is in the WH. That's common at the top levels but I'd think rather inefficient in the masses at the lower levels.

Someone do a gif of Edward Longshanks from Braveheart with Trump's face walking into the castle after his trip to find his country in disarray. Put a couple of these DEI generals faces on his his son and his male lover, and then Trump tossing the general out the window of the castle.

Here is a whole thread about women in the military. It's incredibly eye-opening. We need to go back a long way.

No, the purpose is not to fire people because of their political beliefs, it is to fire people who implement stupid ass programs that aren't a part of the military's primary function of killing the enemy and destroying their stuff.

I think I heard someone say there has been 80k purged due to DEI and Hegseth will offer them their full pay for amount of time out and resume status of where you were when pushed out.
