Meanwhile my 48-yr old Gen X self can't imagine voting Democrat now or at any point in my remaining years.
And my 15-yr old sports-playing, camping and fishing enthusiast son seeks out Charlie Kirk and Daily Wire videos on his own and if he could vote would have 100% voted for Trump. From what I can tell most of his teammates are the same and laugh at insane ultraliberal tiktok videos, which I attribute to Gen X raising our kids with a similar mindset as us. That's what gives me hope for the future.
Preach. Or in tribute to Rush, "ditto." HS buddy and I talk about how our mothers have gone off the deep end since COVID, consume nothing but CNN and MSNBC and believe every word. Luckily we and our college and high school kids more than offset them.

As a Gen X dad (Dec 1973) I am very happy with how our two Gen Z sons are leaning. Completely rejecting the left as are all the other boys they associate with. They are snarky AF, meme better than me, and love capitalism and personal freedom.

As a proud member of Gen X, we have always been and will always be the king of generations. But as a father of two in that 18-29 range, I'm telling y'all they're coming on fast. I predict that in 10 years most of that group will be so far to the right they won't know there's a middle. It's hilarious to watch. .
