I think there's about a 5% chance Trump gets into the Whitehouse. That's how I'm feeling.

For me, I think the loss last night was not as impactful knowing that there may be a much bigger, more impactful loss looming in the future.

Interesting topic. Own and a few others feeling is this strange ambivalence and uncertainty. The MSM is such thrice-damned liars, all of them, that the conclusion is we don't actually know what is happening. Its hard to tell. Last week seemed like too much pre-win ball spiking (despite Bongino's attempts to tamp it down, it still came acrsso that way from most right outlets) and now we have this supposed shift in the other direction.

Then there is the objective reality, what little can be discerned. This is not 2020 -- the DNC-MSM Uniparty in DC has alienated large tracts of citizen voters (stress citizen, not D.C.'s illegal imports) blocks that Biden had before: the black vote, parts of the Hispanic vote, parts of the women vote. So the feeling is Kamala has less support from real people of the middle class than Biden did, but MORE support from the political-press tyrant class of the extremely well of pollicy makers.

So the sense is that if all is legit, Trump would win, but this regime is so obviously not legit, and not a trace of honest coverage (exception and applause granted to Bezo's recent attempt to reset WaPo) that the race is closer than it should be with such abysmal anti-American policies.

Just don't know. Do know that the Right needs to stop relying on a candidate in the WH to push back. Way too much dependency on catering to that.

Cautiously optimistic but my BAS says that I need to prepare for the worst. I don't see the election being completed and the country moving on to the winners transition. The D will throw everything they have and can make up at Trump if he wins. Compliant media will push whatever the BS is to the fullest extent.

A popular vote win might be just the protection needs to get a recognized win if somehow happens. It would be the best possible way NY and CA and places like that could reward their corrupt crime enabling leadership. They can't possibly flip (well maybe NY if NYC has been flipped?!) but they could help that popular vote notion which would protect the EC as well.

Excellent point actually. Was worried that the hype last week might lead to too much not going out Election Day that were going to vote for him. But perhaps the worry is that it could also be seen as trying to seed the believability for shenanigans -- which has precedent.

Saw your post talking about that many moons ago, and was impressed. There is nothing "automatic" about any of this, and your post showed among the few just willing to reconsider something. I feel we are at a major crossroads where the chance to stop an entirely fictional and unsanctioned top-down-agenda is at hand. But likewise, there is also a strong ambivalence. Something so rotted may not matter --- it really looks like very late Rome to me and other scenarios (late Czarist Russia?) Hard to tell.

I was catching up on Megyn Kelly some yesterday and she had a guy on that was going through a lot of the polls.

Multiple instances of registered Dems requested mail ballots NOT back yet. Didn't mean they won't return, but they're slow. Increases Republican voter registrations. Clark county early turnout is down.

Basically everything he was saying pointed to reduced Democrat enthusiasm. Now it's entirely possible that Republicans early voting are cannibalizing later turnout.
