Kamala is one of, if not the most leftist candidate we've ever had at the top of the ballot.

We should not be concerned about her but rather the fact that roughly half the voting populace is willing to vote for her. Our political ideologies are incompatible and that should be the center of the discussion, not whether the good guys will beat the bad guys in the polls or election.

Your second statement is absolutely correct. It is a certainty that Trump loses now that Biden is gone and the machines are cranking up. The press and the dems are going to be too much to overcome this cycle. I only hope it doesn't impact the rest of the ballot.

I don't see how the US survives 20 years of chaos by the time a different candidate can win in 28.

How were the polls when hillary lost to Trump? Right up to election night? I don't see the need to be optimistic, even if the polls showed Trump winning, he could still lose. I will vote and hope my guy wins, but not wring my hands in the meantime.

Step 1: Get polls that show Kamala Harris winning.
Step 2: Unskew the polls so that Trump is winning.
Step 3: Kamala wins the election.
Step 4: Insist "unskewed" polls prove Trump should have won and Kamala cheated.

That would be great to campaign against if most of this country voted based on policy. But they don't. They vote based on the letter next to their name and for a significant percent of us they vote on their personal feelings about a candidate. Actual policy takes a backseat to those two.

This is the quote that caught my attention.

That should happen on her first real interview, or even just taking real questions from reporters.

Mark Mitchell of Rasmussen has been talking for about a week on how there are very few RCP approved polls that have come out in almost 2 weeks. He thinks the main pollsters are hiding bad Kamala/Walz information and so they just bury the poll until the data gets better for their favorite candidate.

Working on filling up a new weekly bin with almost zero RCP-approved polls.

This. Saw one of their reps on Fox Business this AM and he was saying Trump is still doing well and none of the other polls are releasing data as it is negative for Camela. That encouraged me.

This is NOT looking good and I'm not sure what can be done to try to salvage a win, but completely ignoring all of the warning signs doesn't seem reasonable.

Why do people get so wrapped up in polls? Are you going to vote regardless of what a poll says? If Trump were way ahead, are you going to say it's in the bag and I don't need to vote? If Harris is ahead, is it a lost cause and you won't vote?

Encourage everyone you know to vote. This was going to be a tight race regardless. And to the extent people are thinking, well here we go again Trump is going to lose or get cheated out of the election so what's the point? That's exactly what Democrats are hoping for.

Cast your vote. Encourage others to do the same. Then let the chips fall where they may as you've done your part.

It's laughable that folks don't think this won't be the most crooked election EVER; the Dems even rigged the "democratic process" to hoist up Kamala, and with everything at stake & no consequences from last time, everyone can expect a 'Blue Wave'!
