Whichever has their hands in the pot. Politicians getting wealthy doesn't happen by accident, because if they were capable, they'd have done it on their own.
I'm just saying that the wealthy have had their hand in politics for as long as there's been politicians. There'll be different degrees for those that have their hands in politics, but their hands are in there nonetheless.
