Man I don't miss those days but it gets better. Well actually it does but it doesn't as those expenses just get replaced by more life cost as they get older.

Bought my current house in 2015 for $278K. It's now appraised over $400K.

I thank God every day we were able to refinance in 2021 for a 2.1% interest rate.
