OK, this is interesting. I'm flipping around between the major networks and yes, I stopped on MSNBC which I never watch but I was just curious to see how they were handling it

They mentioned that he is a registered Republican and then the anchor says "he was a registered Republican and he has made a donation."

But the donation was to an organization called progressive turnout.

This is on their website. Progressive Turnout Project is the largest voter contact organization in the country, specifically dedicated to mobilizing the Democratic Party and defending democracy.

So it sounds like registering as a Republican was either to screw with the primaries or a false flag. Why would you register Republican and donate albeit be at a very small amount of money - $15 to a progressive organization.

But it was very interesting how the phrased it. She made it sound like the donation was to the Republicans.

hey, we do not know if it is really his name and if that is the person.

You're right, we don't. But **** that pos either way, right?

Every new source is reporting that this is his name. They did that about an hour ago. The FBI confirmed it. What are you talking about?

i am saying that it is amazing for a supposed 20 year old there is nothing corroborating his name. no kids who went to high school with him just the 2 years ago. No yearbook pic. No social media at all. And while his accounts would have been scrubbed per standard operating practice, there is absolutely nothing that might have been posted from his friends on their pages. Those would not be auto deleted by social media.

somehow he is the 1/1,000,000,000,000 exception to modern teens/early 20 year olds?

and even the FBI gets names/IDs wrong.

that is all i am saying.

Donated to a organization that "Rallies Democrats to vote" on January 20th, 2021 and registers Republican on September 29th, 2021.

The FBI homeland, security and local police are already at the guys home. They showed that as well. They are there right now, investigating the house and what's in it.

They know exactly who this guy is. Will probably find out that there were some kind of manifesto. Or maybe the guy had his ID in his pants pocket who knows but he has been absolutely confirmed. I don't know where you're coming from with this.

Democrats definitely worked overtime to get this set up and leaked out.

Why would a registered Republican want to kill the most popular Republican president of all time right before an election? That doesn't seem right to me.
Trump has a 35% approval rating and about a 60% disapproval rating, FYI.

I don't think he was a Republican. Apparently has donated to several Democratic organizations. Another guy on here said a lot of people in that area, since it's such a Democrat area register as Republicans I guess to screw with the primaries.

But will know more in the next few days, but I bet it's gonna come out that he was a very troubled young man probably leaned more towards BLM and antifa was actually a Democrat, but for some reason registered Republican.

So far CNN and MSNBC are really pushing that he was a registered Republican part but not talking about the donations he made to progressive organizations.

I'm flipping around between several of them. I never watch the news on TV, especially CNN and MSNBC since they went so ******ed years ago, so the fact that I'm flipping between these street channels is pretty weird.

Not amongst registered Republicans. Don't act so dense.

No sane person believes this person was what anyone here would identify as Republican. This reeks. And, knowing the modern DNC, it's going to become more wretched by the day.

As a Republican, I would never give even one penny to a progressive Democrat organization.

Being registered to a party is meaningless as a form of identifying motive, especially registered Republican since there are leftist groups that push people to register R to influence primaries.

You'd think that poster would know but then again….

I know how it works, dip ***** The fact that you believe a Republican voter would actually attempt to assassinate the most popular Republican president of all time says a lot. Is Earth flat as well?

Weren't LHO and Sirhan Sirhan both lefties who killed very popular lefties? William McKinley was a republican killed by a guy even further to the right.

Also, sometimes it isn't even political. Hinckley shot Reagan in an attempt to impress Jodie Foster. Dan White killed Harvey Milk over a disagreement about a proposed drug rehab center.

Just saying there about a billion reasons for an assassination attempt.

https://www.facebook.com/share/v/NiE1u7j9g11HDxZy/?mibextid=oFDknk

Is this the guy you're claiming is a Republican?

Also, LHO had ties to members part of far right organizations in Guy Bannister and David Ferrie. If you want to talk about a CIA plot, that's the motherload of them all.

The "most popular Republican president of all time" has a mid 40's approval rating?

Ronald Reagan had a 68% approval rating in 1981 and a 63% approval rating when he left office.

Calling Trump the "most popular Republican president of all time" is more than a little incorrect.

It's a common mistake to take evidence about the shooter at face value. e.g., Oswald constantly lied to everyone about his accomplishments and affiliations, claiming at times to be anti Castro while being a Marxist. Someone deranged enough to be an assassin will of course be a liar in other ways.

The commentary about Trump donating to Hillary in comparison to this is laughable at best. In 2011 Trump was a NY businessman so he's going to donate to the presumptive winner.

Heck my former employer donated to a Dem rep. Perry had appointed him to a position, but she (the local rep) needed to be the one to bring the confirmation vote.

In this case, the dude is 20. Two years ago he was in HS. If he's sending $20 to a progressive org, that's where his ideology lies.

By that standard, Washington would be one of the least popular Presidents ever. Reagan received almost 60% of the votes and won every state except MN and he also lost DC.

The 2020 election had by far the most votes cast because of higher population and a highly engaged electorate.

All I was pointing out was that Republicans donate to Dems contrary to the original post which said that Republicans never donate to Dems. I then also pointed out a fact that Trump was also a Democrat for a portion of the period in the link which may explain why he donated more to Dems than Reps until 2011.

Where did I say some businesses and their owners don't donate to both sides?

Crooks donated to Act Blue.

There are zero conservative people that would ever, in their right mind, donate to Act Blue.

Trump also never donated to Act Blue.

Any attempts to label this guy anything less than a huge Antifa supporter is just propaganda spin.

The left brought this about through their insidious rhetoric calling for people to rise up against a dictator who was going to end democracy. They are about to witness the ramifications of that in the polls this November.
