So, no witnesses if there are real time edits applied to delay footage during a "camera angle switch" or some such to conceal an awkward pause or something like that?

If he has a medical episode that either 1) seals the deal and he loses the election or 2) results in the DNC putting forward a new candidate
Biden is too much of a political creature to throw his re-election. Doctor of Education Jill will go out there and prop him up herself if need be.

I'm sure you would claim CNN is neutral, unbiased observer, but no one on the right would claim that. So why don't we have Fox News "fact check" the debate in real time?
Further, during the last presidential election any claim Trump made regarding Hunter Biden's laptop would have been said to have been false. The problem is that we now know that those claims were in fact true.
Live fact-checking is a terrible idea.

Now, what could be on the agenda is some sort of "emergency" that is so important that POTUS needs to end the debate to address the situation. Or something along those lines.

Surely Trump's team can do their own filming off camera? If something went down their video would be deemed fake by the media, but that is better than 100% control of the narrative by cnn.

Say the most absurd things while Biden is trying to provide a coherent response talking into the camera. The best part is that no one but Biden and moderators will know what Trump is doing. To the rest of the world Biden will just look flustered.
