Happens almost everyday, and all but a handful are either drug/gang related, domestic violence, or somebody dissed somebody. #1 and #3 are almost entirely committed by black males under 25. Usually they can't even hit their intended target, but spray bullets all over and hit innocent bystanders.

Actual mass shooting where someone goes to a location simply to kill people are actually rare.

A Glock switch (it is not a "clip" by the way) is already illegal. To even possess one is a federal felony unless you have the correct type of federal firearms license, which few have.

Actual fully automatic firearms, which are legal for the public to own as long as they were made before 1986 and are registered with the ATF, are not used in crimes or mass shootings.
