A few things to note:
1. Her mom refers to her with a different name and she/her pronouns. Either Nex wasn’t nonbinary or the school was hiding that information from her parents.
2. Nex and her mom do not appear… pic.twitter.com/Jq27uEzd56

Some interesting things I took from the police interaction video.
1. Nex clearly wasn't beat to a pulp and unable to walk undertheirher own power. Doesn't mean the fight may not have had lingering effects but that narrative should be gone.
2. Nex barely knew these other girls. So there likely isn't some history of bullying there from these girls to Nex. Doesn't meantheyshe didn't experience it elsewhere.
3. I did find it interesting that they only knew of each other recently from getting caught vaping together. And Nex was also friendly with the officer I assume due to a previous interaction from vaping days prior based on the initial conversation.
4. Nex never mentions the three girls saying anything aboutthemher being nonbinary or anything of the sort as the reasontheyshe poured water on the three girls. It was just mentioned that it was something to do withtheirher laugh and another girls.
5. Another girl was mentioned. I assume a friend of Nex. Sotheyshe wasn'tweren'tbythemselvesherself in the bathroom.
But obviously the narrative is set and the left will have their heels dug in
Social media and the news travels so fast these days.....makes you wonder if this girl realized that in an instant she was a LGBTQ+ mafia super hero, who will soon have to admit the narrative was completely false and she was the actual bully?Esteban du Plantier said:

since this happened more than 2 weeks ago, they have to have the toxicology reports back by now.
Thanks for applying 3rd grade grammar. Confusing reading that post; Couldn't tell when he was talking about that girls friend (from point #5) or just typing drunk.C@LAg said:fifytylercsbn9 said:

Once your kid outgrows the kindergarten and 1st grade "everyone is invited to the birthday party, no matter if they live on wrong side of tracks, etc" then you as parent have parenting to do. If it is your kid left out, find them someone else to hang with, find them something that fits their talents and strengths. It's your job, parent. Not school, or counselor. Get out of bed and take them to church- usually accepting and the more the kid goes, the more they are accepted, despite who they are. Lazy parenting is number 1 fall of America. It takes work ( and if my wife had not been on my ass when kids were little, I would have come home from work and jumped in recliner, so been there)
Also teach kids it is not discrimination to avoid certain groups, and you can't change them, but they sure as hell want to change you. Don't know how many times a good kid told me as I was kicking them out of school, "I don't know how I got involved with them". And I told them, "those groups accept everyone, no criteria, for membership except go along with what they do". It takes work to find your niche, the right group, but with enough work , you can be accepted".

I wasn't going to edit the entire post like you did, but point out how using improper pronouns can confuse. Item 2 for instance. The way it is written, "they didn't experience it elsewhere" would mean the girls didn't rather than Nex didn't.tylercsbn9 said:

6. Mom also uses she.
But obviously the narrative is set and the left will have their heels dug in. Impossible to discuss this on basically every other social media platform because the left has already poisoned the well.

Have we confirmed or refuted the following accusations from the original post on the subject?
- Medical malpractice by school & hospital
- Libs of Tik Tok caused this
- School teacher was fired for saying that they "loved all of their students" and was subsequently fired
- Complicit medical examiner incorrectly assigned cause of death to allow school administrators and "bullies" to get away with it
- This was a case of bullying
I'm not insensitive to a child's death. Far from it - it's terrible. It's terrifying to me as a dad of pre-teen girl particularly in light of these types of events.
The insensitive thing to do, is to come in guns blazing making false, easily disputed and refuted claims in support of a victim. You take terrible situation where everyone can agree on an unwanted result and you make it polarizing to the point that people stop caring. We can do better and we all should endeavor to do better because we really do progress a disservice by lying about circumstances.
