Nope.

I'm quite surprised that anyone here would read the whole thing. I really doubt that it is all that much worth reading.

yep! If only everyone would just go to msnbc and read the unbiased summaries! Then they'd all be praising the fine patriotic senators for putting this wonderful fine start to a solution to Biden's open border forth and blaming the racist ultra maga extremists who are killing it because they want a closed border and because lord trump told them to kill it.

Here's your chance. Sell it to us!

Perhaps you will do a bit better than Senator Lankford this morning when he claimed illegal immigrants would not remove ankle bracelets because they abide by the law.

Take note of pages 76-78, where the border wall is described and funds for it are ring-fenced. But no mandated appropriation for the construction of the wall is stated in the bill. So the GOP-E seems to think they can get away with a border security package merely describing what a barrier would look like rather than actually getting one put in place on our border.

Put this in perspective, the USMC entire budget in FY23 was $53.8 billion. This bill gives Ukraine more than $60 billion. Are you getting this now. No one is asking how exactly another $60B is going to help Ukraine defeat Russia? There is NO - NONE - ZERO way for Ukraine to defeat Russia militarily. All the tanks, guns, planes, drones, etc. won't fix Ukraine's shortage of trained, experienced combat personnel. Schumer gets on national TV and fear mongers that your kids will be boots on the ground in a war they never have intention of winning, damn however many kids die in vain, it's all about cash flow to the machine. It's a money laundering operation, so who cares about actual victory conditions, there is not victory goal, just cash flow to those reaping the wealth of the IMC. And what happens when the $60B (unsurprisingly) doesn't produce a Ukrainian victory? We are going to send more money, And when money is clearly not enough, we going to put US boots on the ground next, Schumer just telegraphed the next punch, unless these people are stopped and thrown out of office. You really think the current gene pool of woke cross dressing pronoun fanatic ninnies suffering from gender dysphoria are going to really stand up to what's coming for them? Not sure what will help short of making DC glow in the dark when all of congress is in session.

Absolutely wrong. They're turning down a crap bill
and if another bill was proposed they'd shoot it down too.

they need this to be an issue for the 2024 election cycle, and we all know it.

But you say the Rs own it now. Which is it? If the Rs own it then how is it a campaign issue for the Rs

You are the guy that says we need to have so many illegals entering illegally each year because of commerce, which is the dumbest thing I've ever read.
I did not say that. Straw man attempt denied.

Rs know they poll well on immigration/border issues. it's an election year. Trump owns the party and says he doesn't want the bill. Some R congresspeople are saying the quiet part out loud and saying they dont want to do anything that could help Biden's polling.

Rs own the border issue at this point. Even with the Biden administration's failures in the first couple of years of his presidency.

Of course, your argument presumes this bill would've solved the border crisis.

This thing is absolutely full of exploitable loopholes and would effectively allow in at least 1.8 million a year not counting got away violators giving then short term legal status, codifying in 2:3 of the flood of illegals we are admitting now, and with plenty of loopholes to actually allow many more if the cartels and leftist NGO's simply coordinate exploitation of them.

This proposed law is Swiss cheese.

Don't have to read the whole bill to know it's garbage.

Just making DC the primary court for all things border and immigration related is enough to cancel the whole thing.

It doesn't matter how much sugar is in the tea, one spoonful of crap makes it undrinkable.

Is it really a 'border bill' when only a small fraction of the bill is actually focused on our border?

There's more in handouts to Ukraine, Israel, Gaza and Taiwan than there is for issues at home.

Which mean that Swamp isn't worried about what's going on at home.

"It started a conversation...."

Conversations been going on for decades bro. Took 3 years for Biden to realize people don't actually like their country invaded by room temperature IQ third world illegals. When the busses started rolling up north, his on team started clowning on him in an election year so now he has to actually do something.

The bill was written to fund Ukraine and Israel and for all the border enforcement provisions to cancel themselves out.

It is a sham meant as a middle finger to Americans.

I needed a laugh so I turned on Joy Reid when she opened her show last night. She did a 5+ minute piece on the bill. The spin she put on it was truly amazing. While there was a graphic of how much each major portion of the bill totaled, she never actually SAID the quantity of the other portions out loud. Unless you saw the graphic and was able to comprehend it in the mere five seconds it was on the screen, you would swear the whole bill was about just the Border?! She spent the rest of the piece laughing and mocking Repubs along with a few other lib twits.

And that is a perfect example of getting your narrative across through omission. 'They' are truly gifted in this category. And it is sick. I am not saying other media outlets don't apply this tactic. But she is an expert at it. She is the furthest thing from a journalist.

I find it incredible that people are actually spinning Dementiapedo Joe's record on the border as anything but a disaster.

For example, what does it matter if he's allegedly detained 3.5x more people than Trump?

Hypothetically, if there were 500 monthly crossing attempts under Trump and 350 were detained, how is that not better than 3,000 monthly crossings and 1,225 detained? We don't even know what is happening after detainment- are they being immediately deported? Allowed to stay and disappear until some far-off court date?

Dems (and no small number of Republicans) hate Americans with a passion.

Long-standing issue here and I have earned many a banned camp for simply pointing it out…apparently that's not allowed. I'll make it easy for you, download the Amnesty Bill HERE

Open the PDF and do a word search for "permanent resident"

And see how many times is it mentioned, and read the context to it every time is is.

It's mention a hundred times on 21 pages

It mentions two types of "permanent resident"

People coming into our country will be granted either CONDITIONAL "permanent resident" or UNCONDITIONAL "permanent resident"

Conditional "permanent resident" are those that don't speak English.

Unconditional "permanent resident" are those that speak English fluently.

Once the 'immigrant" learns to speak English his conditional "permanent resident" is then converted to unconditional "permanent resident"

Then there is this cute part

They try to sell this bill on the amount of people it will deport. This is what that section defines as sending people back to their country. It's defined as 'voluntary repatriation', in other words if the people want to go back home we will foot the bill to send them back. There is zero mention of 'involuntary repatriation' ZERO MENTION

Now do a word search for the word 'deportation' or 'deport' it only comes up once

It mentions an additional $350 million for an additional 200 Removal Operations deportation officers to assist in processing immigrants. no mention of actually deporting or any deportation of any immigrants. Only 'voluntary repatriation'.

They mention all these paper tiger limitations on how many people will be allowed annually. and there are pages of exemptions to that overall number total, to make it so that cutoff total is never reached, and get this, just in case it is reached before the end of the year cutoff!!!!! The POTUS has the power to override that number and keep flooding them in.

So in the words of the scumbag Senator from CT 'the border never closes'

THIS IS AN AMNESTY BILL without using the word AMNESTY

This is a joke...right? I mean conservative Americans want the illegal immigration to stop. 100% stop. This bill didn't do that. But the Ukraine funding carried on.

The deal was -- you get Ukraine funding if we get a 100% closed border.

Until the border is closed you dont get more Ukraine funding. That's it. Take care.
