If I were still in corporate world I would list my pronouns on e-mail as "read my name again."

these are the people supposedly teaching the youth about God's infallible creation.
Pronouns are a sure fire way for me to hate you and want to bully you

Not surprised since it is the First United Methodist
It is E- Virtual signaling. Next in the future they will push you to put your favorite sexual position/fetish in your email signature. Of course you better have the right fetish/positions or you will be punished.rgleml said:
Is it normal to include preferred pronouns in an email signature block? The sender's name is Martha and she said she is a "she/her". I was surprised. I thought it was a guy.
Marsha is a guy?rgleml said:

Same here. So happy to NOT have to worry about nonsense like this.ttu_85 said:
Wow. So glad to be retired and not have to deal with that garbage. Thoughts and prayers to those that have to navigate those idiotic constantly changing waters.
Unless that IS your particular fetish....EX TEXASEX said:It is E- Virtual signaling. Next in the future they will push you to put your favorite sexual position/fetish in your email signature. Of course you better have the right fetish/positions or you will be punished.rgleml said:

I see it legal/compliance at mine.El Gallo Blanco said:
I work for a large corporation and only see it occasionally...almost always from the outside legal/paralegal...but occasionally from inside the firm. I think most are just useful idiots with good intentions, albeit misguided. But occasionally I'll look the person up and they look like true believers...walking red flags that say "run far away, do not procreate with me".
If you have pronouns, I am going to drop what I am doing and look you up, every time. I have NEVER seen a regular looking man use pronouns...shocker.

The inclusion of pronouns in a signature helps me know I need to be succinct in all business communications with that person because they/them are likely to be sensitive snowflakes.

This is why so many folks/churches left the UMC. Glad you took your talents/gifts/feets someplace else.TresPuertas said:

I've thought about adding pronouns to my Texags signature for when I post on F16 just to watch the response.
But then some of you would actually think I was serious.
Except if Natalie used to be Nathan.Science Denier said:TresPuertas said:
