So replace one worthless government plan which did nothing but foul up the US healthcare industry with another worthless government plan which will make it even worse.

The only plan should be getting as much of the government out of healthcare as possible.

"Mr. Trump, you said you were prepared to unveil the best and most beautiful health care plan nearly 4 years ago. Why are you now saying you will 'come up with it' soon?"

But Trump only does rallies and interviews with sycophants so he'll never get that basic question.

One thing commendable about Trump is he doesn't drink. If he drank, he'd be dead in a month with the way he eats.

Also, I have yet to hear anyone propose a plan that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Medicare/Medicaid is already a nightmare.

Trump doesn't need to have an actual plan when it comes to much of his base. The promise of something, no matter how vague, is more than enough. And if it never comes to fruition, that's okay too, because it'll be blamed on everyone but him. The amount of meds keeping him from killing over of a heart attack must be astronomical. Just thinking about how he eats clogs my arteries.

The best thing that could come out of a Trump health care plan would be the absolute fit that Democrats will throw over government regulated insurance and how it shouldn't be up to the government if we want to manage our own healthcare.

Honestly, the health care system is a nightmare to figure out. We have an aging, obese population and foot the R&D bill for the rest of the world. We have a limited number of doctors that all paid $250k+ for their education and want that investment back. And we are a compassionate country that doesn't want people with severe illnesses to go uninsured. I'd respect a politician that was frank with the American people and said it is a very complex issue and to fix it the downsides with be one or more of the following:

-gutting the insurance industry overhead and putting millions out of work
-reducing care
-extending wait times
-letting sick people lose coverage and letting the chips fall
-increase taxes and go universal

You can't have everything without the mess we have now.

I just find it hilarious that Trump's beautiful plan is always 2 weeks away because he can't admit he doesn't have a clue what to do with it.

I recently looked back at what I was paying weekly for my insurance before Obamacare. It was something like 26 dollars a week. Now I'm at 265 dollars a week with less coverage. Really outrageous that people keep electing these criminals.

This is why Trump is such a bad idea. The important thing to him is to have something that is Trump branded. The answer is to get government completely out of it, but you can't brand non-involvement. So the "conservative" answer will be a big government program painted MAGA red and some throw-ins for rural America. But at least all the issues that come out of it we can blame on some RINO's and the Democrats that take it over after he's out of office.

If only there were these…forums, where the candidates talked to each other and moderators about their ideas and plans, and why they should be the nominee. Or, if only one candidate wasn't scared of how bad they'd look and actually participated we might know more about this big beautiful mystery plan.

That's the scary thing about the no debate mentality. Trump can literally avoid all opposing viewpoints that might poke holes in this "policy plan" and his supporters are too enthralled to even question what the guy says.

So we get this sloppy low IQ platform that is no better than "Hope and Change".

His plan is irrelevant even if he has one. The Republicans had an opportunity to replace Obamacare when they became the majority and actively chose not to address it.

And this was after passing 40+ measures against it as the minority party. But as soon as they take the reins...crickets.

So plan all you want, Trump. It's DOA unless he's ironically going to propose UHC (which he was in favor of in the past). Don't be surprised if that's what he's doing.

the counter to a socialist nationalized / federalized program that only makes the remaining workers/owners/producers more poor and can only advance socialism and the political elite is to cancel it; not to replace it.
