Heres an article i found.

Read it and form your own opinion. Its sounds like there was a mutual hope that it would bring peace to the region. This idea that there was nothing exchanged for it is not true. 1000 afghan soldiers were released in exchange for 5,000 taliban.

The whole debacle goes on Biden. The 5000 prisoner talking point is bs because they would have been freed the minute the Biden endorsed partners took control. It was his admin that moved the plan from an easily controlled air force base to a down town airport. It was his order that murdered a random innocent family in a retaliatory strike after the suicide bombing.

They weren't ours, they were already the Afghan governments. Trump tried to come home before Christmas 2020, was he going to pack it all up and bring it?

They were never holding off the Taliban, we were. When Biden took over there were only 2,500 troops left,


We would probably still be in Afghanistan seeing as the generals had already stopped listening to him.
