They're mostly Christians (divided between Catholics and Protestants). Most of Africa's Muslims are in the northern half of the continent.

Can Israel capture or kill Sinwar?

Those other counties don't get to complain about Israel not wanting to house the homeless when they won't do it themselves. If they don't like it, screw'em. But I would push them right over the border and lock the door behind them.

about hamas executing 21 of the hostages and the IDF finding the bodies in Gaza yesterday

it's just a question of are these bodies of hostages we know already have been murdered? or new victims?

we have to be close to the point where Israel can unleash the wrath of khan on them.
as of this week there were 132 hostages in Gaza

in which 102 were estimated to still be alive

so not sure if these 21 bodies are part of the 132, or of the 102.

Exactly! Hamas has been telling people exactly who they are and what they want for decades. There is no mystery here. The reason that no "two-state solution" has succeeded in the ME is not because Israel hasn't offered the right combination of concessions. It hasn't happened because Hamas doesn't want to live in a state next to Israel, they want to destroy Israel and kill every jew along the way. Yet we have people trying to claim they are just freedom fighters and a humanitarian group helping the poor Gazans fight for what is theirs.

When terroristic serial murderers and war criminals tell you who they are, believe them!

Yep. The palestinian population has generally rejected any leadership as soon as they start moving down the road towards a two state solution. They've rejected every opportunity for peace for almost 100 years. In no universe are they going to live side by side with Jews. No matter what Israel gives them, they'll never be happy without complete Israeli genocide, and that's obviously a nonstarter for Israel.

The idea that a "free palestine" would lead to anything other than mass murder and continued terrorism is absurdly laughable. It's like saying Hitler would stop persecuting the Jews if only they'd stop resisting. The palestinians have given Israel no choice other than driving them out.


ETA Hell, hamas was practically born out of palestinian leadership like Arafat and Fatah flirting with the idea of a two state solution. It's not that no palestinian leader is willing to negotiate, is that the palestinians don't want a leader willing to negotiate.

Yea, that last point is spot on. i think Hamas would be elected in any Palestinian state if it was an option elsewhere.

Honestly they are so radicalized, the only way out imo is war until one side is completely defeated / pushed out, or you have to control the Palestinian states and essentially re-educate their society (would take a long time, at least a couple of generations), to the point they can accept a 2 state solution.
