CQB Close Quarters Battle - similar to the one from a few weeks ago of the IDF soldier charging into a room and killing two terrorists

this is insane the gunfire I believe comes from the room to the left and the terrorists are killed on the bottom floor after throwing grenades

That's the thing though. What could Hamas possibly offer or promise to the Israelis that would have any believability or credibility at this point? As I sit and think about what a long-term cease fire agreement would look like, I can't imagine the Israelis stopping the fighting and leaving any vestige of Hamas in the Gaza strip with any possibility that they might come back into power. I know the other Arab countries are publicly insisting that Israel can't annex Gaza back into Israel or exile the palestinians, but unless those countries are willing to step in and take over governing the strip in a way that eliminates the influence of Hamas and completely changes the educational system, I can't imagine the Israelis leaving.

Big difference in the make up of structures.....here concrete, in USA, mostly sheetrock and no need to enter the through the funnel of death if you forgot your grenades (though quite risky in deployment).

I don't know much, but I know this- the two state solution is dead after 10/7. I see no way Palestine is allowed to become a "state" after this.

They sure as hell want it now that Israel is taking a **** all over gaza and looks to be occupying it for the foreseeable future. A two state solution looks a helluva lot better than the never any state solution they're looking at now. As others have said though, that's dead on arrival. Pretty sure the Israelis are done ****ing around and being nice. gaza is about to understand the real meaning of open air prison.

I have seen a few reports of the USA getting the boot out of Israel since we keep on hindering things and are providing no help to Israel. Luckily Israel has always planned on being on its own since the west keeps on backing down

This. They've NEVER accepted anything less than a Judenrein state "from the river to the sea". As long as the Palestinians exist, Israelis will never be safe. So, at this point, I'm convinced that the only solution is for Palestine to stop existing.

I mean forced population transfer. Of all 2 million residents, unless they can prove opposition to Hamas. Send everyone to Congo, unless somehow Israel can somehow find somewhere even farther away to send them to.

The name and memory of "Gaza" must be erased, just as the historically-German cities of Koenigsberg, Danzig, Breslau, and Stettin were.

Why would Congo want to take the Palestinians? And how would they be compelled to stay there? I could just as easily see them plucked out of Congo and trained for terrorist activities all over the world.

Yes, I read that as well. But my question is still "why"? I don't see them being a fit anywhere, but Congo would seem to be a strange choice.

Google search indicates that Congo denies ever discussing it with Israel, so who knows?
