Agree about emergency powers. If that's all it takes to violate our rights, then the Constitution is meaningless. Everything in it should be protected 24/7/365 no matter what. Always.

I saw the KRQE presser. Apparently only the state police are enforcing this. Sheriffs and ABQ city police declined so far.

The reaction can NOT be strong enough against her because this was a trial test balloon to see how far Dems could push with their "health emergency" nonsense. If this goes unchallenged they would try to bring it nationally and we'd never ever get out of the endless "health and climate emergency" ever again

.....which is why the framers specifically set it up that landowners were the only ones allowed to vote.

Because they knew that setting it up the way we have it now would lead to exactly what you are talking about - a scenario where only numbers count, and that has always been a case of ignorant population centers voting something for themselves.

The moment they try this nationally...... it will be FAR worse for the left. And they know it.

MLG should still be removed from office, criminally tried for violating constitutional rights, and imprisoned in a federal prison for at least 22 years. But don't hold your breath....... We know how justice goes with this sorry administration in power.
