The bolded is the clue in flashing neon lights that this is a liberal BS article. EVERYONE has an EQUAL opportunity to vote in TX. Sure you might have to wait in line or get on a bus but you can vote. I challenge of our resident liberals to explain how TX prevents anyone from voting that has the basics of an address, an ID card, and citizenship.

The Lone Star State keeps hacking away at inclusiveness, with laws targeting the LGBTQ+ population, voting rights, and the nation's strictest abortion ban. Yes, there are enormous economic opportunities in Texas, and it is attracting people from far and wide. But this state also has some Texas-sized issues when it comes to life, health and inclusion. And it is one of the reasons that the state fell out of the overall top five for the first time in the 16-year history of CNBC's rankings.

2023 Life, Health & Inclusion Score: 53 out of 350 points (Top States Grade: F)

Strengths: No metrics in the top 25

Weaknesses: Reproductive Rights, Health, Voting Rights, Worker Protections, Inclusiveness

I'll take CNBCs arbitrary "criteria" for their rankings and kinda tell them to shove it bc numbers and people's actions speak louder than online article opinions based on politically motivated "analysis"

Yes, U-Haul Ran Out of Trucks for People Moving Out of California California's population boom came to a screeching halt during the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • A Jan. 3, 2022, news release published by moving company U-Haul reported that it had rented out so many trucks to Californians moving out of the state that it ran out of inventory

Inclusiveness aspect is silly. The rest is accurate.

SFA or keep on going and take advantage of near in-state tuition rates in Arkansas. I've got a class of '92 buddy who sent all three of his boys to Fayetteville and could not be happier about it.
