Lobbyists are one of the biggest problems in DC. Don't care if they're lobbyists on "my side" or not.
Agree but OTOH, without them, we would have those brain dead idiots in Congress attempting to draft legislation.

I'm sure we can figure something out. Or perhaps we don't need bulls that are that complicated to start with.

It says more about those who, for some reason, needed Trump to tell them above what those of us with IQs over zero already knew.

The MSM is already lining those up and breaking them down for everyone to see.

Very true.

The same way schools are being told they can't say "x" doesn't mean they're not legally able to say "EX" and still be in compliance with the law.

There aren't any more strongly Never Trumper people than me and I say you have to give Trump a lot of credit for this SC ruling. I realize that the Justices were probably given to him on a list, but the buck (and credit) stops at the President's desk.

Lol, pains me to say it but he is very responsible for today's correct ruling, imo.

A broken clock is right twice a day. As the other poster said, Trump was fine with affirmative action. Trump is unfit to be President and so is Biden. We have 300 million + people in this country and this is the best we can do?

I support the ruling today. Biden's speech was ridiculous. Other than the Dobbs decision (which I don't really care about, but I think it ought to be left up to the individual person for the first 15 weeks as does most of the country), I am thinking this will be a very good court.

Thanks Trump (oh God, did I just say that?)

DeSantis v. Newsome in '24 for a decision based on ideology, not personality or health or who owns whom on social media. And then DeSantis pulls it out to be POTUS for 8 years. That's how it SHOULD go down. Instead it will be Felony Traitor Trump v. Bribery Dementia Crackhead Son Biden.

Can you explain to me exactly how Trump is a traitor to the USA? Which country is he working for?

Interesting that you don't have Traitor before Biden's name..

Should be a fun election year.
And will be promptly slaughtered in the general; while dragging down every Republican candidate with him.

The only good thing that will come out of it will be the chance to ram a lot of "told you so" right down the throat of every only and forever Trumper.

Based on how Trump picked and fired cabinet leaders, you can bet Trump was given a very short list to pick justices with.

If you willing give money to someone in support of or in exchange for something, that is not grifting. You can debate if its stupid or worth it, but its not grifting.

Grifting is taking money not intended for you for your personal enjoyment and benefit. The has to be an intent to deceive or defraud to be a grift.

I don't doubt that at all, but as the "decider" he gets the credit or blame ... that's the way it works. Not easy for me to say because how much I dislike the man , but I give him props for now 2 good decisions by this SC.

Help me understand your position. Is Biden the better we deserve? Was Obama the "better" you reference? How about Bush 2, Clinton or Bush 1?

May we start with Johnson and you tell us who of the previous presidents were "better" than Trump? Not asking for any reasoning or justification, just which were or were not better.

Will always be thankful to him - despite his major flaws and his big mouth.

On policy, he was and still is, right. On judges - he gets a 85%. Which is pretty good.

Thankful forever. And glad that God removed RBG in his timing to give us true majority.

Let's not forget, Trump rose to the White House based on ideology. The media made it about his personality.

Trump is neither a traitor nor a felon. The dems and media have created that narrative. Once again, driving the current narrative even if everyone knows they are liars.
What? Trump's rise was based on ideology? There is nothing ideological about Trump's populism.

Just as Trump has no moral principles to guide him, he also has no Conservative principles to guide him.

You'd think you'd be spiking the ball on libs and not the DeSantis folk.

I feel badly you had to publicly deny Trump, Lake, etc. for the more popular choice in the first place because of board trends.

Once you care what everyone thinks it's a bit of a trap, albeit one you stepped in willingly.
