You know jury members will decide trials based on whether counsel had a pen on their person or not, right? I can't tell you how many cases are indicted and dismissed at the county level too. The PRA isn't really relevant at this point. No one serious is questioning anymore whether these are Presidential Records. Trump's (clearly incorrect) assertions in his (clearly political) civil suit tricked a lot of people into thinking there's something particularly relevant about the PRA.

If the Trump team wants to re-pursue some PRA related angle, that's for them to do (and get slapped down again) and not something the prosecution needs or has a reason to address at this point.
