As I said quite awhile ago, imo, this won't be the last indictment trump gets. I believe he will be indicted in Georgia, also.

Now convictions, that's a whole nother story .

He won't be convicted.

That's not the point.

The point is

1) create a massive distraction from Bidens crimes

2) make him a martyr of the right to ensure he wins the nominations

Democrats understand the Golden Rule of power. If you can do something to hurt your opponent; do it.

Republicans have no idea how to wield power. The left does, this is why we whine, and they win

Disbar the prosecutors who bring these cases. Nifong them. That's how.
I agree but these people are like Hydra. Chop off one head and four more grow back.

Get rid of one crooked prosecutor and the Democrats would just find another one that was willing to do their bidding and fall on their sword if it becomes necessary, and then give them a nice cushy lifetime consulting gig if they lose their law license.

The democrats get away with it because they, along with their MSM henchmen have brainwashed a majority of the populace that Trump is horrible.

They also don't care because their side is winning

The rules only matter when one side does something the other in control doesn't like, otherwise they look the other way.

America is a dying country as we knew it. It will be transformed into a communist hellhole, but they will say it is a Republic.

The brainwashing has been going on for 100 years. Read Pete Hegseth's book, The Battle for the American Mind. It has been fully accomplished thru the public schools K-12 and universities. More recently, since the 60's , schools have been joined by the MSM, Hollywood, Justice System, Health Care and major Corporations. We have had it.

Don't comply

The system and power structures only work so long as the populace willingly submits

States simply can't survive alone without federal funding. 2 prosecuting alleged criminals has been largely accepted by the states for quite some time. If Trump has committed no crime he will have a trial to lay out his case vs that of the prosecution. That's how it goes everyday…..

The indictments are designed to bolster his support for the primary.

If he wins the primary, then they will drop the hammer.

They want him in prison or dead, but they need to make sure the weakest candidate is the Republican nominee first.

Ah so 4D chess?

Sorry, I find that hard to believe…

You find it hard to believe that the left wants very badly for Trump to be the nominee, more than anything?

They are in on it as well. All the scum in DC dont want you to know what they are doing. More importantly, they want to have business as usual where they take bribes and steal hard earned taxpayer money. They are all there to get rich. They dont give a damn about you. Anyone exposing them as the corrupt low life POS's that they are, will be attacked as you see it being done to Trump.

The only way Democrats can eff this up even more is if the Biden special counsel doesn't indict.

"He did worse than me and for a lot longer and I am indicted and he's not"

Politically this can be a good thing for Trump

Trump was impeached for something Biden openly bragged about doing on video.

And now Trump is being indicted for something Biden also did at greater scale and without authority.

I saw pundits on CNN or MSNBC (can't remember which) stating these very desires/goals. They openly talk about wanting Trump damaged as much as possible while still being the nominee.

Because they know he has no chance in hell of winning with independents + Dem ballot harvesting.

Actually it's much much worse. Trump could declassify almost anything he wanted to. Biden couldn't declassify anything as a Senator or VP. Biden actually broke the law.

I ****ing told you over a year ago and all I got was CM! You couldn't open your eyes and realize that it's possible to resent a prosecution but also say what's gonna happen.

The guy is going to prison. Unless there is some sort of exception for presidents that I don't know about, he's going to prison.

And I'd vote for trump in a second. I'm just stating what's going to happen. The Feds do not indict unless they are certain to convict. To the deluded trump fanbois: this is happening. It's real.

Meanwhile, the FBI says e-mails and bank statements aren't enough evidence to look into Biden fraud but they're also very worried the whistle blower will be killed by the Biden crime family if they reveal his name and forcing them to claim that murder for hire of a federal witness isn't serious enough to look into

This is yet another distraction to cover for Biden and probably Obama too
Sometimes you need to appreciate that Fox News hasn't completely thrown in the towel.

Quote:

EXCLUSIVE: President Joe Biden was allegedly paid $5 million by an executive of the Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma Holdings, where his son Hunter Biden sat on the board, a confidential human source told the FBI during a June 2020 interview, sources familiar told Fox News Digital.

The sources briefed Fox News Digital on the contents of the FBI-generated FD-1023 form alleging a criminal bribery scheme between then-Vice President Joe Biden and a foreign national that involved influence over U.S. policy decisions.

...

According to the FD-1023 form, the confidential human source said the Burisma executive discussed Hunter's role on the board. The confidential human source questioned why the Burisma executive needed his or her advice in acquiring access to U.S. oil if he had Hunter Biden on the board. The Burisma executive answered by referring to Hunter Biden as "dumb."

The Burisma executive explained to the confidential source that Burisma had to "pay the Bidens" because Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin was investigating Burisma, and explained how difficult it would be to enter the U.S. market in the midst of that investigation.

The confidential source further detailed that conversation, suggesting to the Burisma executive that he "pay the Bidens $50,000 each," to which the Burisma executive replied, it is "not $50,000," it is "$5 million."

"$5 million for one Biden, $5 million for the other Biden," the Burisma executive told the confidential human source, according to a source familiar with the document.
A source familiar said according to the document, the $5 million payments appeared to reference a kind of "retainer" Burisma intended to pay the Bidens to deal with a number of issues, including the investigation led by Shokin. Another source referred to the arrangement as a "pay-to-play" scheme.

Sources familiar told Fox News Digital that the confidential human source believes that the $5 million payment to Joe Biden and the $5 million payment to Hunter Biden occurred, based on his or her conversations with the Burisma executive.

The confidential source said the Burisma executive told him he "paid" the Bidens in such a manner "through so many different bank accounts" that investigators would not be able to "unravel this for at least 10 years."

The document then makes reference to "the Big Guy," which, has been said to be a reference to Joe Biden.

The Burisma executive told the confidential source that he "didn't pay the Big Guy directly."

Fox News Digital has learned that the confidential human source has been used by the FBI as a regular, reliable source of information since 2010 and has been paid approximately $200,000 by the bureau.

Sources said the Burisma executive appears to be at a "very, very high level" of the company. One source familiar suggested the confidential source could be referring to the head of Burisma, Mykola Zlochevsky, but said the name of the Burisma executive is redacted in the document.
Biden has acknowledged that when he was vice president, he successfully pressured Ukraine to fire prosecutor Viktor Shokin. At the time, Shokin was investigating Burisma Holdings, and at the time, Hunter had a highly-lucrative role on the board receiving thousands of dollars per month. The then-vice president threatened to withhold $1 billion of critical U.S. aid if Shokin was not fired.

"I said, 'You're not getting the billion. I'm going to be leaving here in,' I think it was about six hours. I looked at them and said: 'I'm leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you're not getting the money,'" Biden recalled telling then-Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko. Biden recollected the conversation during an event for the Council on Foreign Relations in 2018.
"Well, son of a *****, he got fired," Biden said during the event. "And they put in place someone who was solid at the time."

Biden allies maintain the then-vice president pushed for Shokin's firing due to concerns the Ukrainian prosecutor went easy on corruption, and say that his firing, at the time, was the policy position of the U.S. and international community.

Here in San Angelo, the DOJ put a former police chief in jail because a radio vendor paid the chief $180,000 in fees to have his band perform at the radio vendor's company parties over 10 years. They called that bribery and honest mail services fraud x3. What is the Biden crime family operation called? And don't get me started about "special prosecutors" looking into Trump's so-called classified document thing. I have no more faith in the FBI, the DOJ or anyone at the federal level.

You know what's sad? I don't even read those articles anymore. Truth. Because it doesn't matter. Like I said above. They're sending trump to prison. But nothing will ever come if this. The congress will do nothing. Republicans are zookeepers. They toss us scraps and placate us. Controlled opposition grifters. Even if they do, they have no enforcement arm. The DOJ will do nothing because the media is covering the trump indictment, and will bury the story.

I've read my share of dystopian lot and authoritarian history to know what I'm talking about.

I think we ALL should take a step back and see exactly what these indictments are. Both groups, us never trumpers and his most ardent supporters.

I have always contended that he would be indicated multiple times. Can they get a conviction ? I have no idea. These are serious charges ( conspiracy) so let's see what comes out of it.

We shouldn't jump to the conclusion that he is guilty and we shouldn't jump to the conclusion that this is a witch hunt with no validity.

But we can come to a conclusion fairly quickly that this is uneven, partisan justice being delivered by a compromised DOJ. AKA, they will look the other way if it's a Dem0crat or Hillary or (especially) Biden.
