I think the point is...if the discussion is to be predominately about Hillary or Biden...make a post. Trump has multiple defenses still intact, including following the Presidential Records Act, which is a law very much like the laws he was charged under.
President's have broad authority, established by SCOTUS precedent, to keep materials from their time in office and that NARA must generally defer to the incumbent POTUS on which are personal vs presidential.
Espionage act charges require INTENT and showing you have a document to a reporter without them being able to see any detail is pretty damn weak.
The storage of stuff on stage and in bathrooms is a consequence of shenanigans by NARA and Biden admin.
