The fact she was a registered Republican shows what a fraud she is...likely just did that to ingratiate herself to the execs at AB. Who knows, maybe she registered herself as an R to vote for unpopular candidates in primaries.

Regardless, calling her a RINO is an insult to RINO's everywhere...talk about a low bar.
This woman is a R? I'm thinking she had to be a Democratic plant at a Republican company (at least one that donates to Republicans) because no one could be this stupid. Zero business skills.

These are people who think politics should be inescapable. Messages should constantly be forced down our throats. Heretics must be ostracized.

They thought the NFL needed to be anti-police. And garage pulls were racial threats.

How? This is a straight job performance issue. You cause significant damage to a brand and lose billions of dollars - it's a fireable offense. Also, several of the execs have said this ad campaign didn't get clearance. That might be a CYA statement, but if she acted alone on this it's a fireable offense.

Being Republican doesn't mean being conservative. Doesn't matter what party she claims, she is very liberal based on everything she did and said. Put no faith in that "R" beside any candidate's name, it is practically meaningless.

My only problem with the OP and basically all the discussions about the Bud Light fiasco is that it is missing the most important point of all, which is why the boycott happened. There is a very important message being sent and that is that the common citizen is sick and tired of having deviant sexuality put in their faces at every turn.

The message is getting lost in the debate and it is the pro-trans, pro-deviant crowd on the left that is very happy to have us all distracted with the peripheral issues.

What she did was secure her a permanent job position at every leftist company until she retires. The only thing that may change in that statement are her pronouns.

It was intentional and probably very well planned.

The guys who bust their ass all day sitting outside a gas stations drinking Bud Light are the polar opposite of "Fratty."

It truly amazes me this lady has no clue of Bud Lights demographic. Aside from pushing woke agendas…..she is straight up stupid from a business perspective.

New Coke was actually a genius idea. Pepsi was approaching Coke in sales. Coke took their old recipe off the market….people went crazy….then launched Coke Classic and left Pepsi in the dust.

That woman is the poster child for progressive, white women with Ivy League degrees.

She is surrounded by nothing but groupthink and believes everything she does is a righteous endeavor to push forward the Church of The Woke. She has ZERO clue about ANYTHING beyond her tiny feedback loop.

She lives in a delusion.
This happens in corporate america because those people beneath her who could have educated her on how bad an idea this was would have been dragged into HR and punished for having the temerity to go against the "Inclusion" narrative she was spinning.

These people aren't all blue haired radical extremists.

That is the issue. This unearned virtue signaling ideology takes in plenty of less radical people that simply find themselves socially immersed in it, and it is convenient or advantageous to buy in and play that game for hierarchical status and also emotionally gratifying and provides a sense of righteous purpose like a religion. It IS a religion. You have zealots, and casual believers who go through the required rites to the satisfaction of the zealots and peers.

There are MiLLIONS of suburban females who have adopted this east to take on self gratifying religion. It gives them a sense of virtue and purpose that they need either on top of or in place of other religious beliefs. It doesn't ask much except that you virtue signal in concordance with it. It also tells you most of your faults and problems can be blamed on someone else.
Bolded paragraph is the straight truth. I live in what you'd call a conservative suburb. However, there are tons of the women on the local Facebook suburb page that do nothing but white knight for the "downtrodden" and virtue signal on the latest thing. As example, anyone who complains online about service in a local restaurant is pelted with the scorn of these women for not being kind and caring about people who work for low wages.

That is more and more the case., They call themselves Rs to be able to attack Rs. See: John McCain, James Comey, Christopher Wray, Mitt Romney, et al. See also: Texags CMs.

Agreed. The early 90s had quite a few decent ****ty beers. All those Ices and Drys. I could drink them all day long.

Very aptly put:. "A middle finger to her political enemies".

I think that is precisely why this action has resulted in such a visceral response. It was never about marketing or development of the brand. It was a "screw-you" statement to the target market.
And she is still proud of it and will NEVER apologize!!! AB will not fire her but probably reassign her to another department.

Does she even work in St. Louis... A-B iconic brewery/offices?

Was she exposed to the A-B environment/culture or did she consider Missouri as fly-over country?

Thousands of companies would dream of having the greatness of the Budweiser brand.

This marketing guru damaged it. Will take years and $$$$s to restore.

Brutal.

I don't get off on just ****ting on some woman that made a bad decision. Protesting and boycotting... absolutely your right. Alot of good folks who probably share your traditional views (employees, drivers, distributors) but whose job depends on selling beer will be the only ones who will pay. She will be hired by some group that better aligns with her values but the bud folks will suffer. I don't get the rage. So many better battles to fight. I guess folks just need to belong to some sort of group think.

When she leaves the beer business, she will wind up in the biden administration. He has a thing for quota-meeting incompetent freaks and weirdos. She might have to pronounce that she is something other than heterosexual (pick something out of the LGBQT++++ options) if the offer doesn't come immediately though.
