I have noticed a weird trend with Yuengling Flight, since Bud Light sales are still terrible, people ask for limes with Yuengling Flight but not Yuengling.

Can any beer drinker explain why it works in the lighter beer but not Yuengling?

Not weird at all. I'm enjoy my beer 'dressed' with salt and lime. YF is pretty damned good that way.

Anecdotal info - I was at a bar in New Braunfels to listen to a friend's band on Saturday.

They had a wall of 20 or so beer taps. I was sitting with a good view to see the bartenders. I saw them draw pints from most of the brands over the 2 hours we were there, but never saw them pull the Bud Light tap.

I can't even get Flight at the HEB close to my house (Lake Georgetown). I don't drink much beer at all anymore but I like Flight and 8 and on Sundays when I grill I like to have a few. It's always sold out. They gotta be laughing to the bank.

Dylan was for (non AB) beer sales what Obama was to gun sales. They gotta love him. LMAO.

I do the same thing with Ultras. I think light beers just go better with lime.

I see the lime thing all the time, I always specify no lime and they often still get it wrong.

If you need to add that to your beer, you probably just don't like beer and should drink something else.

Since the BL fiasco, i started drinking IPAs and love them. They're definitely not for everyone!

My guess... And with that and whatever a cup of coffee costs, you can buy a cup of coffee...

BUD as a whole is still viewed as either a solid investment OR when you're in Gates Foundation territory, at minimum a safe place to park $100,000,000. Yes Bud Light could probably NOT have screwed up their marketing any more without actually drowning a live baby in a swimming pool of Bud Light during the Super Bowl halftime show. But globally, the broader family of brands will survive and be profitable.

That's why Gates bought AB stock.

I've heard there's some mountains out in the area as well. You might be interested in trying out hiking and / or skiing.
