Thanks Donald.

Primary I'm voting Desantis. General whomever has the R.

So a very successful Governor just re-elected by 20 points in Florida-

is supposed to take political advice from twice impeached, indicted, three time national election loser Trump?!

that's like taking advice from some of the posters on F16.

oh yeah- Trump just hit a NEW ALL TIME LOW in national approval.

but why should an approval rating matter when trying to win a national Presidential election?

"Trump's current approval rating has hit its nadir, 25/61, the worst in a series whose best rating came in October 2020: 35/57."

Oh, you clearly meant that as 59 to 62 majority not 59 v 62 (which equals 120 + VP or 121). Got it.

Maybe think before you ad hom on my ability to read.
Thank goodness you don't have an Ag tag...

Awesome. I have two degrees from Texas A&M. Do I need an AgTag in order to decipher one's meaning when they write ambiguous posts and figures? Is it like the GPA v GPR code speak for grades?

If you want to refer to a "seat majority", most people would write that as "deliver a 9 to 12 seat majority" or as a "62-38 seat majority".

It funny to watch folks try and pile on.

You guys don't get anything on you with your Ronnie D worship. The way it's going in this thread the excitement may lead to a mess.
I completely understood his meaning of "59-62 seat majority" to not mean 59 v 62. Mainly because most people are smart enough to know there's only 100 seats.

Best reply! You can tell these people are not in the industry. Their contributions to politics starts and ends on TexAgs. Nothing wrong with that but they post some very ignorant unintelligent posts that expose how little so many of these posters truly know.

99% on here are not out in the field the streets the grassroots doing a damn thing other that barfing their ignorant uninformed opinions on forum 16.

There it is, ladies and gentlemen. He's in it because it's a business. It's not about what's right for the country. It's an "industry."

What exactly are YOU doing for Colin County other than entertaining NATIONAL candidates?

I don't do anything for Collin County anymore I'm now an officer for a lobbying political consulting company out of Dallas.
Even clearer.

That being said, are you sure you should be sharing so much? Many lobbying firms have strict social media policies. Be careful and the best of luck.

What have I shared that's so questionable?

I defend Republicans I don't trash Republicans so that's how I'm able to do what I do on TexAgs
You trashed some Republicans here by calling them ignorant. We get that you are paid to defend Republicans, and likely 'support' those efforts of those that employ you. However, I am willing to believe that you would not take a job lobbying for Republicans that are pushing something that goes against your core political beliefs...regardless of the paycheck. And that is unique in the lobbying world...which I have some familiarity with.

True he wasn't on the ballot in 2 of them, but he was the face of those two election cycles. A president is always responsible for off year congressional elections, and last year his high profile candidates in PA, GA and AZ dominated news coverage. All went down.
To me this is where it ends. He will never again win a national election. If he can't do that, he's just wasting our time.

The Senate is 51-49
Trump endorsed Herschel Walker in a State with a red Governor who was extremely popular.
Trump endorsed Dr Oz running against a literal brain dead candidate.

It is wholly appropriate to look at who Trump endorsed in battleground States when judging if he has the stuff to win in 2024.

It's pretty easy to endorse MTG and Matt Gaetz.

If you only look through the lens of Forum 16, you would be right, but this isn't a real sampling of how it is in reality across the country . Trump support is just as high as it was in 2020 as it is now , has he lost some supporters? yes but not enough to make a dent.
Strongly disagree. I know many who have turned on him.

I'm sure you do. I know plenty as well, but those are anecdotal instances they don't amount to anything in the grand scheme of things.

Okay. Well what (non-anecdotal) metric are you using to support your claim?
I'm sure the independents and CM who didn't vote for him in 2020 are all going to be super pumped to vote for him when he has 3-4 indictments pending.
don't forget there is no doubt that Trump has greatly expanded his voting base by having dinner at his home with Kanye West and Nick Fuentes

that he selected and backed losers all over the country in 2022

that he was impeached for the 6 January protests

all of this has happened AFTER he already lost a national election to Basement Biden.
