What a said day for all lawyers and judges. Pretty sure whatever respect was left for the profession has ended today.

Hell, even Barr was saying he felt bad for Trump and anyone like him as it will be hard for them to get a lawyer to help them because they will be scared of persecution from corrupt people like Bragg, Garland, Biden, etc.

Falsifying PERSONAL, PRIVATE business records that NO ONE has any business looking at that were NOT USED in any legal filing whether it be bank information submittals, tax returns, FEC filings, etc. They were noted in his private business records.

Read that again because many do not understand the nuance. These business records that were allegedly falsified were never filed with anyone. Would be like having a mislabeled receipt stuck in a coat pocket for the last 7 years.

And for the record, Clinton was impeached for lying and thereby undermining the office, not the act with Lewinski itself. Upon retrospect, it was pretty weak sauce. However, Clinton did usher in the new era of blatant misinformation coming from the Oval in order to protect one's a**, a tradition being continued with vigor under the present administration.
I was only speaking about MTG. I think its a bad precedent for the Dems to go down this path....but I also have a hard time feeling sorry for Trump the man.
Clinton was guilty of so much more when he was Governor. I guess barring murder we seem to be okay with grifting and other crimes ....until now at least. The Dems won't be in office much longer and we'll see if this turns into a tit for tat.

Man, reading through this entire thread is like being in the audience of the Jerry Springer Show. So much innuendo, "what if's", presumptions, conspiracy theories and downright false information. Worried that Trump won't get a fair trial?....most of you have him already found innocent before any evidence has been presented!

It's really simple. There will be a jury, and they will get to see and hear the evidence. They will decide if Trump's guilty or not. All of this brew-haha is just getting your blood pressure up. Relax. You have no say, and you can't control what the jury does.
