You guys just don't understand. We have to interfere with elections and imprison our most popular political opponents to protect our democracy!

Our democracy also depends on emptying our prisons of violent criminals because of skin color equity, protecting Ukraine's sovereign borders, arming the Taliban, letting an average of more than 2 million Guatemalans and Hondurans pretend they're seeking asylum and waltz on into our country each year, devaluing our currency as much as possible to help China and save the planet, increasing taxes and hiring 87,000 more tax collectors, and killing as many babies as possible in the womb while trying to groom the ones we didn't kill to be gay or trans. Besides those important pillars of democracy, we need to eradicate those evil fascist job and family-having church going ultra-MAGA extremists who want a smaller federal government to put Americans first instead of all those aforementioned priorities that our democracy depends on.

So you see, it's all to protect our democracy.
