The Governor race was so lopsided I am surprised Oz came as close as he did.
Shapiro won by 793k votes. Oz lost by 264k
5,269,614 people voted in the gov race
5,238,272 people voted in the senate race.
Which means 31,342 people opted not to vote for senate, 529k flipped their vote from Dem gov to GOP senate
You think McCormick could have done much better than that?
