…a Chinese funded think tank that was paying Biden a million dollars a year. Mmmm hmmmm…Agthatbuilds said:
However, it's hard to square a think tank heavily into Chinese issues headed by a former vice president mistakenly having classified docs.

So his private office is a garage where he keeps his corvette?

I have to assume that Biden was requesting those deliveries. Have to be records of which docs he was requesting, right?Quote:
Funny. During his presidential campaign, Joe Biden assured voters that he was a true professional and would get government working as it should. Clearly, if the story is to be believed, he didn't mean how he personally acts in office. According to his former aides, the transition time was all a whirlwind. Joe Biden, grieving the loss of his son, Beau, a year after his death, and trying to stay busy with work, continued on until the very last minute possible. This made it incredibly difficult for staff to properly box up papers, as new ones arrived daily. At the time, he assumed it was the end of his political career. If only that had turned out to be true.Quote:
Partly to wrap up his policy portfolios, partly to tout his accomplishments, and partly to occupy himself following the death of his son a year earlier, Biden thrust himself into work in a final sprint to mark what then appeared to be the end of a four-decade run at the highest levels of government.
As Biden was busy keeping busy, however, his office was shutting down. Aides scrambled to pack up his workspaces in the West Wing, the Eisenhower Executive Office Building and at his official residence, the Naval Observatory.
Those competing objectives to use his office until the final minutes even as it was obliged to shut down made for a muddled and hurried process that left aides packing boxes of documents and papers late into the night, even as more material kept arriving.

Not sure those were docs he wanted as much as he was instructed to obtain????Quote:
This excuse is nonsense. Biden took the documents he wanted and got sloppy.

One of them had wording on a phone call twisted around into an alleged threat to withhold aid if they didn't help him out with a political problem and the result was 24/7 news coverage for months and he was impeached.
The other was caught on live video saying if they didn't do him a political favor by the end of the day, he was specifically going to withhold aid and the result was.... crickets.

Even in response to very simple questions about the timeline, about the specific location, clarifying questions, and continuing to use the word 'transparent' and saying that they did things in a transparent manner.
You heard our own CBS's Ed O'Keefe, really trying to pin her down on what she means by transparency when she's saying that she has been transparent, does that mean legal transparency, governmental transparency as required by law, or public transparency? We are going to continue to set those questions to the government "
Karine Jean Pierre thinks “transparent” is a man who has a baby.
