While it's true that trump held the authority as POTUS, and Biden didn't at the time the docs would've been removed from classified space - the argument is a bit of a red herring.

Declassification doesn't work like Michael Scott shouting 'I declare bankruptcy!!!'

If it's a truly declassified doc, for either of these yahoos, the records show as such. Otherwise - it's at least a leak and potentially (arguably probably) criminal.
