Do you know enough about this case to have a general idea on the outcome, or even the strengths of each side?

hard to tell at this point because actual malice is a hard standard to show and hard to predict what a jury would do. i don't know what evidence they have on damages, so can't speak to that.

but the evidence submitted at summary judgment stage is very compelling that foxnews knew what they were putting on the air was false.

Judge indicates he is ordering an investigation and will impose sanctions on Fox's attorneys for being less than forthright.

Failed to disclose some recently-discovered communications between Maria Bartiromo and Powell/Giuliani and seemingly lied about Rupert Murdoch having no official role in Fox News Channel.

May ultimately allow Domininon to conduct additional depositions at Fox's expense.

Fox proved they were a part of MSM with their 2020 live election coverage. It is a classic ploy to dispell conspiracy theories of using controlled opposition to lose and push false narratives that get disproved to cover up the bigger issues.

Have you met with Axios consultants who explain in detail what likely happened in Arizona, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and numerous other states in 2020? I have.
