She needs to move on. I know the case she's relying on for dealing with guys like this spoke about the judge being exceedingly patient before intervening in the way he did, but this is just too far.
She needs to put her foot down, tell him this is her courtroom, he doesn't run it, and he needs to shut up.

Okay, how this normally works. Attorney makes an objection, judge rules against them, lawyer disagrees and says, "Exception." Judge says, "duly noted" and any potential reversible error is preserved for the record.

Don't know. With the chaos this morning over the viewing of the vehicle that wasn't discussed. My assumption is that the prosecution would have made a record of that had he not complied with the provision of the witness list.spadilly said:
