This is a really weird filing. It will probably be rejected. It also appears to be a publicity stunt and the lawyers will likely be sanctioned.
Unless this is some bizzarro criminal rule (Aggiehawg bat signal), you don't start a new case with a "motion" and he's what, filing it "In Re" the Mar-a-Lago search, so he served it on nobody? They are seeking an ex parte order against the government? Really, really weird. How does it give the Court jurisdiction?
