And states are pushing back:
https://www.ksl.com/article/50447701/utah-joins-lawsuit-over-blocking-funds-from-schools-that-dont-follow-sexual-orientation-policy

" SALT LAKE CITY Utah Attorney General Sean D. Reyes joined 21 other attorneys general in a lawsuit against the Biden administration for threatening to withhold nutritional assistance for schools that don't follow new sex discrimination programs."

"The Utah Office of the Attorney General issued a press release on Tuesday regarding the lawsuit, claiming the new guidance put forward would put Utah's Title IX and the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program funding at risk."

" …Reyes and the nearly two dozen other attorneys general who signed on to the lawsuit say the move goes too far."

"The federal government should not hold food for school children hostage to force policy change. The administration is unlawfully trying to rewrite the law and is placing essential nutritional services for Utah's children at risk," Piatt said."

"About 100,000 public and nonprofit private schools and residential child care institutions receive federal funds to give subsidized, reduced-price or free meals for children in need. Twenty-six state attorneys general called on President Joe Biden in a letter to withdraw the USDA's guidance back in June."

"The 22 attorneys general joining the lawsuit are from Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia and West Virginia."

"The attorneys general argue the guidance was issued without giving other stakeholders the chance for input, which is a requirement according to the Administrative Procedures Act."

"The lawsuit also claims that the guidelines order unlawful regulatory measures on state agencies and operators that receive federal financial assistance from the USDA. This will ultimately result in mismanagement that could take away essential nutritional services to citizens who really need the programs, the lawsuit claims."

This is depth of ignominy, holding children hostage to the agenda of sexually-driven radicals.

The SCOTUS will toss this. The court has ruled that withholding funds for unrelated activities/uses for non-compliance with things like Title IX is unconstitutional. Biden's handlers know they lose but it will take years to work their way through the courts.

And this is why you don't want to rely on the govt for anything, because when you do they can force you to do anything they want in order to maintain the supply of whatever you need that they are giving you. Completely disgusting and abhorrent of this administration nut whats new.

The Mormons have an entire industry devoted to their own agribusiness and food production including grain mills and storage, processing and canning of vegetables, fruit and meat. I admire them for that and it is time for conservative Protestants and Catholics to understand that food will absolutely be used as a political weapon against them.

Agree. In fact, the Right everywhere should starting thinking of ways of making federal funding redundant. That could mean strengthening state governments.

No, I hate it...I hate the system that was created by the founders that was weak enough to allow for this. It was a noble attempt but a complete and utter failure. I hate that we cut corners by the evil practice of slavery, which we will always reap the pain and punishment for. I was duped into believing it was the greatest system ever, but it does not allow for the level of fascism or fascist measures that would be required to truly combat the evil and godless left.

It leaves us in a spot where violence is the only answer on a long enough timeline. Electing even the best right wing constitutionalist president simply just kicks the can down the road. The country I used to love is over for good, stick a fork in us.

Just FYI, you can still be a good person with a happy life and solid family and friends who hates his country and realizes it will completely crumble in your lifetime or your child's. I am not a miserable person, I just hate this country and do not believe God cares about us over any other country at all. He is benevolent not to suffocate us in smoldering ash or send a giant fireball to destroy us in an instant.

These states should fight the sexual discrimination acts in court not hold the children hostage with their politics is the flip side of this. They should follow federal law and guidelines as law abiding citizens and also public figures. That means following what laws have been passed and making their argument against in courts. They follow the guidelines and the children will get the funds and it's that simple. Shameless to play policy's over funds needed heavily.

Much of the white left belongs in institutions imo. And before you go crying to mommy, the fascism I dream of is colorblind. It is to root out the enemy within in a humane manner. I dream of a country in which there is a conservative/nationalistic awakening among the minority groups and that blacks in particular realize the unimaginable damage and harm the left has inflicted upon them, their communities and their family unit PURPOSEFULLY over the decades. And that we can all unite along these lines...against the left.

Pinochet treatment only for the most evil and anti-American leaders.

How about we just do away with the USDA being involved in lunches altogether, and let the states have their taxpayers money back?

It's nothing, it's garbage...we just have more things than people in some other countries. I don't love things. I don't need extreme comfort that just incentivizes a lazy gluttonous lifestyle. I would push a button that took us back to any time from 1970 to 1995 in a heartbeat.

Family and friends are all that matter. I'd probably be happier with them living a basic life with the bare essentials in Costa Rica. It would take winning the mega millions to make this happen though...to relocate me and the people that matter to me to a superior place with a superior lifestyle.

There are plenty wholesome still left, but it is much closer to a situation where a few reigions allowed to have their own culture would make far more sense.

And about the government and their media, there is very little not to despise. They are even dismantling achievements of our past.

Yeah OK we're on completely different pages here. You don't want freedom from government oppression you want government to implement oppression you approve of. Sorry, I can't go there.

The "fascism" comments aside you have to realize that nothing lasts forever. The US Constitution is the oldest constitution in the world today. That's crazy when you realize how old some of these nations are. It started in violence and it was always going to end that way. All of human history is a battle between liberty and tyranny and today in the United States is no different.

The founders got it right, the end result as the greatest force for freedom in the history of mankind is evidence of that. We have brought liberty and peace and prosperity to a greater portion of the world than any nation ever. As evil as slavery is it's been a fact of life for all of history and we're one of the first nations to stand up and get rid of the practice. To suggest we should have done that in 1787 is nave, IMO. Yes it would have been nice but that ignores the reality of the time. It stands to reason they knew the practice would end at some point in the future and that founding a unified nation with slavery was better than founding a Northern United States and a Southern United States. Nothing is perfect but they did damn good.
