Honestly this is the reprieve the democrats wanted. They have something for them to throw at their base instead of the disaster of the past year and a half. However this is the right decision Roe v Wade is a travesty.

It's impossible to have a rational discussion with a leftist about Roe or Casey. I'm no constitutional scholar by any means but Roe was clearly a HUGE overreach by the federal government.
If you want abortions, live in a state where the STATE LEGISLATURE CODIFIES ABORTION. It never should have been a mandate from the federal government. Not to mention Roe itself pulls a "constitutional right" out of thin air.
I remember studying for the Bar and going through the con law section. Generally speaking, there are three main "tests" for viewing a proposed law in a constitutional lens.
But then like off to the side they had to have this tiny bubble talking about the Roe "undue burden" test. That always made me chuckle.
