Why would it get locked? Serious question
For those who may think "the Right" is over-reacting, @scotusblog leans left, but more importantly is "the" place former S.Ct. Clerks gather. And this is how they put it! https://t.co/ul4JPeNELn

Handmaids tale vs. The crazy crazy left.
Where do normal people fit anymore?
Most states will likely fall somewhere in the middle. I think the hysteria will fade once people understand what Roe being overturned actually means.
Hopefully, enough libs will be so upset that they decide to leave Red states and move back to their Blue hellholes, taking their ****ty politics with themzoneag said:BallerStaf2003 said:

Scotusblog has always had a large majority of liberal commentators/analysts, but they also do a good job of being fair and neutral.will25u said:For those who may think "the Right" is over-reacting, @scotusblog leans left, but more importantly is "the" place former S.Ct. I hate emotionally charged issues that distract from the more pressing issues facing the country. This is the perfect distraction the dems need to energize their base right before the midterms. The timing is too convenient.
There is literally no more pressing issue than infants being murdered day in and day out to the tune of a million or more every single year. None whatsoever.
I think abortion is disgusting but now won't most of these millions Be a burden on tax payers?
fun fact: Jane ROE (Norma McCorvey) regretted being the plaintiff in the case and felt she was a pawn. was anti-abortion later in life.VaultingChemist said:
It seems ironic that just a few months after Sarah Weddington's death, the Supreme Court is ready to overturn her landmark victory in Roe vs Wade.
And then said she didn't, she just "changed" her opinion because people paid her.Carnwellag2 said:fun fact: Jane ROE (Norma McCorvey) regretted being the plaintiff in the case and felt she was a pawn. was anti-abortion later in life.VaultingChemist said:

Surely a leak like this, if at the direction of a SC justice for the purpose of undermining the decision, would lead to major sanctions against said SC justice.

If this is true, one of the liberal justices has violated a sacred canon and leaked this in an effort to pressure someone to change their vote - like Roberts did in NFIB v. Sebelius.
